About me
My professional background began in the BBC. It taught me the value of purpose and alignment, communication and respect, openness and teamwork, tenacity and passion. It also taught me that if you say you stand for something, you had better be prepared to commit and deliver. That early part of my career has defined my focus ever since and led me to supporting leaders and their organisations to do just that.

With a career path that has incorporated broadcast television, corporate communications, employee engagement and leadership development, my passion is to help people to be at their best. Whether an organisation that has suffered ethical failure or one that is committed to establish the right way of doing things, my role has been to help reveal the gaps and then help to define the solutions
Strategic relationships and strategic thinking
Developing that deep understanding of culture as a Consultant, I take that experience into Board rooms as a Non-executive Director and Trustee, and work with Employee Owned companies as they navigate their new course.
